  • The idea of the presented R&D result came as a consequence of the need for flexible adjustment of product mix, driven by the dynamic fluctuations of fashion consumer markets: many different models and different types of clothing and complexity-from simple to ultra-complex, from pants skirts and dresses or classic style to casual and vice versa. The quality improvement of varying degrees of organization of the production process - from the centrally planned production to a decentralized, self-regulatory group organization for flexible production of small and large series and a variety of models.

  • The amorphous alloy that is result of the present R&D is filmed on the target surface through electrolysis of a special electrolyte in a chemical reactor under specific conditions (composition of the electrolyte, temperature, density, etc.) - this allows for easy control of the process and the electrochemical reactor is a much simpler equipment compared to the equipment needed for the above mentioned methods. The product and the technology for filming it on the target surface is cheaper than many of its analogues due to the combination of inexpensive raw materials, inexpensive equipment and relatively cheaper labour costs. The consumption of electrical energy for the electrolysis is likewise much lower than that needed for melting a metal for instance, or the energy needed for the operation of the vacuum systems. The energy consumption in the latter case is much higher than that for applying the technology through melting the metals.
  • The method proposed is a new ecological, cost effective way of cellulose water pool treatment that leaves no bacteria or strains in the paper product. It consists of technology and instantiation that treat the bacteria before the final product processing. The results is clear from all kinds of anaerobic bacterias paper products.
  • The technology and additives for bright plating using electrolyte able to self-clean of ferrous contamination represent a new generation technology for electrolysis for bright protective nickel coatings (decorative effect) on devices and components of iron, copper and brass. An important feature of the innovative solution is that the stabilizing additive contained in the electrolyte ensures association in a soluble complex of the inevitably accumulated therein impurities of iron ions, whereas it also runs a process of continuous self-cleaning (the innovation).
  • Coatings are often used to protect metals from corrosion and to extend their working life. Electrical engineers are concerned with corrosion affecting electrical contacts. In other words, corrosion is the wearing away of metals due to a chemical reaction. Corrosion and its effect can lead to critical failures in construction, industry and transport if not prevented or treated timely and properly.Rust convertor LR-3 is a multi-component mixture in a liquid phase - the latter consists of inorganic salts, organic matter (the innovative solution) and a negligible amount of water. The active ingredients for the conversion of rust are the inorganic salts having an adsorption-oxidation effect, and the complex-forming agents.
  • he spot welding is used for processing of small and precision elements. The problem with conventional spot welding is the scratches and scrap remains at the elements surface after the contact with the electrode. Galvano Ltd. developed a new non-contact instrument for spot welding that allows to process small and precise elements without injuring their surface.
